I had the same issue. Quick work around, do the following:
Go into your C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest II\UI\default directory (or wherever you installed it) and copy the "eq2ui_inventory_loot.xml" file to the ThorUI directory (rename the thorui file to .old or something similar)
