I'm logged into AB as I write this and was able to move an item (individually) and a whole bag from my inventory into the 2-slot house vault.
What I'm not sure of is if larger homes (I'm still using one of the newbie 1-room apartments) have more slots and what access level is needed for non-owners to access the house vault.
