Ok I think I added all we talked about so far, there should be only few zones left for PoP not in that list, I think at least 1 Molten Throne one and 2 tradeskill instances like Artisan's Prism in Plane of Magic.
The comments in red require your attention, blue is for me that testing hasn't been done.
Looks like I imagined the existence of a Torden PQ, asked on discord to confirm.
