Rename File
I don't know for sure this will work with Fetish, but it did work with Profitui_CE.
Go into your UI directory and rename eq2ui_mainhud_guild to be eq2ui_mainhud_guild_old. That should fix the problem for now by forcing your UI to use the default guild window. Once the UI is edited, you can install the new file and be back to what you are accustomed to.
