they are referring to the trade skill/crafting icon in your spell bar..
that came with my UI.. i included it as a liberty.. why? some people use them, some people don't...
i myself use one.. but the reason for including the .dds files that make the poster appear to be such a villain, which he is not, is because i find them attractive...
thru the corner of my eye at a mere glance i know FOR SURE that the icon is for trade skilling, now i sure wont click that to heal someone...
