CSM CombatStats Manager
what is Combatstats? it's a data Parser, with a MP3 player built in, it is controlable from typing commands into your log file which it actively reads.
the CSM that hirebrand wrote ( and you did a damn nice job hirebrand ) doesnt work atm due to the limitations of what we can code using SoE's (cough)version of XML, Hirebrand took it upon himself to code a manager that could theoreticly control combatstats from the EQ interface, it technically can work, IF CS was coded to recognize the output hirebrand was able to deliver......
Luckily the writer of CS has been following the coding being done here, and has mentioned that he will be moding CS to accept the code from CSM.
we the EQ2interface community anxiously await his release, i know at least, Fetish, Laff and myself have all included hirebrands CSM in out mods in anticipation of it working.
This is my best understanding of the current status, but aden, hirebrand or others may be able to shed more light on the topic.
