That's odd. Sounds like maybe its saved off screen.
Try renaming your server_character_settings.ini for that toon. This should force EQ2 to create a new one using my default layout. Once in game, you should also get a prompt to load settings from another toon. If you see the pet window b4 loading settings from another toon, the window was bugged off screen.
If loading settings from your other toons produces the same prob, you'll have to start with my default and reposition everything from scratch.
