This item is still not postable in the guild hall
I saw this thread and immedately went out and got another one and it still doesn't work in the guild hall. They work great in the house, I have a couple. I used them to thank customers for their purchases in my house (hid them behind the displays). Oh, and yes I have trustee access in my guild.
