Could anyone help me with what I believe to be a problem? I am returning to EQ2 having not played it since the first month of release and have decided to use this UI, the problem is, it doesn't seem to look anything like the screenshots when I run it

I'm not sure if it has something to do with my setup or perhaps I just wrongly thought that everything would be set up for me and wouldn't require any manual work.
Not sure if this matters or not, but I am running Vista64 with a rez of 1920x1200.
