Here are all the map names I was able to find. I marked which ones have built-in maps and which still need maps. The instances, like previous years, are just sub-sections of the overlands. The exceptions are Castle Vacrul (which has no overland) and Renfry's Basement (which is just a small tradeskill area). There are also 5 zones that I have the display name for, but not the internal zone name, though I suspect these as well are copies of another map in this list.
