It worked in the Everquest 1 UI system. However, from what I remember, it causes problems with Everquest2 UI..

If one did that, would those strings be held in the clients memory when the xml is parsed?

No, it's a player window. The QM_ 's in the xml are Quib's fingerprints, who is no longer active in EQ2..

OP, machbane:

It has an ammo indicator on it, that's probably the problem..

Try changing "EqSlot16" to "ammo" and see what happens.
