I just made a Compass reskin for the interface users working with 1280 * 1024,(added tradeskill exp information and compass) it's not ultimate as the original but fit better than just putting the 1024*768 version on a 1280*1024 desktop
I also added a temporary Implied target while waiting yours that I'ms sure will be better than mine
Here are the files and what it looks like (mana has been added to implied target after the scren has been taken)
