All I am saying is that is isn't there when I started a new stream. A friend of mine, had the same problem, and when she searched for the .exe she couldn't find it either. The game is starting and running from the launchpad. There is an icon but it doesn't point to an exe file.
This is the website the SOE people are giving out for streaming the game so you can play while you download. Please check it out. Start the download and then search for the .exe file in the new directory.
