Hi,

A month ago, when SOE had problems with login servers after a hotfix, and I didn't know it, and customer service didnt' know it, they had me reinstall the game all over again..

I had gotten Profit and EQ2Maps to finally work, and now.. with this no more Profit and EQ2maps.

Profit I can sort of live without, but wow not EQ2 maps(how freaking hard is it developers to make a decent ingame map for instances, really? You can't do that but you can sure make ugly mushroom hats for real money???! /endrant)

Okay, so I read up and I am so not computer literate, and no 13 year old kids live at my house to help me.

I read the FAQs, frequent problems, create an ini.file, don't create an ini.file, use this Landiin map, etc..

I have tried all the suggestions and it still comes up with this error-
when I log in with eq2maps updater or profit-
Login does not match the client's please rerun the patcher.

I tried resetting the pathing. I tried and failed at following creating a bobsui folder etc..

Any clear, easy, step by step directions with jargon would be helpful
