It mentions to load up the Elite UI layout, to prevent any missing windows and such, but Elite UI Layout is not one of the options given to me.

From here you can choose either the EliteUI settings I use, or one of the various ProfitUI resolutions. I recommend that you pick the EliteUI settings, then move things around to your liking. No popup showed up, and EliteUI is not given to me as an option.
