This is slightly smaller then what I was using but works well.
The only thing that is different is that the Appearance is tabbed here rather then adding another row on toggle, but I've gotten used to the tabbed view having used the new Persona window since the GU so no big deal there =)
You should publish this as a stand alone as well, as this would work well for those just looking for a smaller inventory that may not want a full UI change.
