Welcome Screen

This welcome screen does not show on login(thanks to Drums for the code for how to do that).

It is also themed to match the UI.

eq2ui_mainhud_welcome.xml goes in the ProfitUI folder.
specialelements.dds goes in the images subfolder of the ProfitUI folder.

Update 9-2-10

Changed Item of Week description to show actual description instead of MotD description as reflected in change to defaultui version of the window. This change only affects the eq2ui_mainhud_welcome.xml file.
