What I initially tried was a direct 20x20 swap. As I mentioned, that seemed to crop at the right/bottom for some unknown reason. That screenshot was taken with the icons at 17x17 (my screen/game resolution is 1280x800, just FYI) but they're still cropping. I'll keep playing with it tonight in between mucking with my XP bar and target/implied target windows.
And yes, the whole idea was just a graphics swap—I don't want to muck with the incredible work you folks did on the XML for fear of totally messing it up.
