In fact I'm french and then you are true, my EQ2 ini file should be pointed to the french language. If you have been able to set my interface as I show it on my screens, could you please kind enough to upload it on this post for the other US Laguage guy ?

Please check that you have the buble chat enable in your options and if the NPC dialogue is defined in one of the chat text box.
If Dominusdomno post his UI INI file, could you please also try it ?
