From what I can tell, in GU52, they changed the way things work. Before GU52, in the German, French, etc, language client, you could type /useability <english spell name> and it would work. As of GU52, this no longer works. You have to do /useability <language specific spell name> or /useability <spell number>. You can see what I'm talking about in this thread:

It looks like a lot of work has gone into that thread to collect the numbers for the spells. If I have a chance this weekend, I'll try and whip up a version of the group window that uses the numbers instead of the names (unless somebody beats me to it). I'll also update my player window add on to use the spell numbers so you can use it to cure yourself as well. I'm sure the raid window is dorked up also so I'll see about that one as well.
Now, of course, if Zonx chimes in here and says that he'll have a new version out in a couple of days that will solve all this anyway, then I think I'll just wait for his version.
