hotkey timers
I've used Fetish for a couple of years. I recently update to V10.8 and loved the hotkey timers. When I logged in this week, the timers are no longer working and I can't find any reason for this. When I click or right click on a hotbar, I do not get an "enable toolbar" option. I've deleted and re-installed the UI, but still no timers. What am I missing?
