Ok, but I can't figure out how to enable the titlebar to show the timers as seconds in the first place
. If I right click on any hotbars (with or without frame and titlebar showing) all I get is the usual context menu (close window, clear hotkey, lock/unlock window etc), there's nothing there to enable seconds. At the moment after casting a spell/ca the button just greys out and shows the usual gradient animation as before.
