GUILD HALLS & HOUSING
- Loading Entity Resources on Guild Halls with many items is now much faster.
- Localized teleporters should no longer disappear.
- The party keg live event house item now effects those within 25 meters of it when it is tapped instead of everyone in the entire house/hall zone.
- Guild hall mailboxes will now appear as wooden mailboxes like those in Freeport and Qeynos.
- "No rent" housing should no longer become due for upkeep.
