Is there a way to get rid of the pop up box that shows up when you mouse over the c2c buttons of the group window?

I made a group window for my fury that has c2c and c2heal and it is a pain when you go to heal and the window pops up in my way.

Please any assistance on this is greatly appreciated.
I have searched with no luck, it may be there but I really do not know what to call it.
