GAMEPLAY- The Eye of the Sisterhood is now being held by Demetrius Crane in the Shard of Hate, rather than Master P`Tasa
- The Token of Loyalty has had its description cleared up to avoid confusion. While equipped it still grants the same bonus as before.
- The /who command is now throttled so it cannot be spammed.
