HOW DO I INSTALL IT?
Simply place this .xml file in to your custom UI folder found in the Testserver directory and/or EQ2 directory (for LIVE servers)

- Fixed "Window Settings" and "Close" buttons allowing easier access
to these buttons upon mouseover.
05/03/2008 - Version 3.0 (FINAL) GU45 compatible release.
- FINALLY Fixed opacity of backdrop to prevent bleed through.
- Added Window Settings button, hides on hover out.
