Well, it half works
it allows you to highlight the icon behind, providing tool tip (for a spell on my hotbar), but I can't actually use it. If I try with a spell I can't use, it should say "no legible target" or when I try to heal myself, which should work, nothing happens.
How are you finding it? Does it work for you?
I haven't tried Quib's version of this, as I'm assuming they are identical other than yours having options for dragging etc.
