Step 3: Find a mage in Qeynos, one in the Mage Tower.
Step 4: Delivery a bag of enchanted steel to a dude in Thundering Steppes.
Step 5: Find a Priest. Priest is in the Temple of Life.
Step 6: Kill 25 powerful undead in stormhold.
Step 7: Choose to go after Ghoulbane or get some lesser reward for other classes. If you choose to go after Ghoulbane this starts the Restoring Ghoulbane Heritage Quest.
