• Coif of the Reet Knight now procs on ranged as well as melee attacks.
• Eternal Thirst Boots and Boots of Sagacity now have proper chain mitigation values.
• Lesser Fallout, Lesser Blurry Image, Fallout, Blurry Image, and Lethargy no longer aggro out of combat mobs or debuff group members.
• Edict of the Whispered Word's proc effect will no longer prevent players from casting AoE spells.
• A number of proc issues in which certain items would not proc, or would proc less, while others were equipped have been fixed. Fixed items include: Coil of Vile Spawn, Praetor's Guard, Wristbands of Lost Knowledge, War Mantle of Rallos, Anaphylaxis quest rewards, and all items with regular or Lesser Soulsiphon.
• Coil of the Vile Spawn
  The max amount of damage and targets that can be affected by Larval Outbreak has been reduced. Larval Infection now has a 15% chance to trigger from hostile spells.
