Hey all I was browsing the everquest 2 forums and someone posted a screenshot showing of dagger or something but I really liked the look of the UI

Anyone know what UI this is or if there are a set of components I can use to make this I really like the bar along the top and bottom holding all the information would really clear up my ui clutter at the moment.
