Wah, I didn't realise you needed those. Um. I'll try to update them, but seeing as I've done the quests now it'll be a bit tough.

Dealing with the Bloodskulls
Seargent Borus in the Commonlands (-938.07, -48.04, 22.58) gives you this repeatable quest. It's simple, kill 6 of whichever type of Bloodskull orcs he asks for, and then return to him for a small coin/exp reward. The Warriors and Scouts can be found solo around -770.77, -47.84, 93.79, while the caster types are more south and west then them.
I'm working on the Freeport - > Qeynos betrayal too, so as soon as I do it all myself I'll type it up.
