Well, deleting the eq2ui_examine.xml from the fetish directory seems solved the problem, but on the other hand strange since I was thinking that it's not Fetish related problem because I used Fetish 9.5 for a long time when the problem first happened... So, confused now..
The problem itself seemed to be more like out-of-screen window than broken link, because examining some stuff in my inv also not worked but when I right clicked on them the 2nd time I got the "Close Examine" option, like the window is open somewhere just not on screen (tho off-screen windows not allowed in UI settings).
