Just tried this after server up.
/onscreen_msg_speed_scale 1 (seems nothing changed)
/onscreen_msg_speed_scale 1000 (wooo. fade immeidately)
/onscreen_msg_speed_scale 0.001 (yeah, it works)
the message of the place name still visible now while I am writing this msg hehe
