Default Vert 4.0

Well here it is, Vert 4.0.. with lots of changes. Sorry to be late posting it but got caught up trying various methods of using /target_previous to try a work around for loosing target with the new buttons.

it is suggested to do a full re-install of this version rather then overwriting 3.8

Known Bug: The Ressurect & Guard Find Person windows are to small, cutting off half the button... i can't find these windows in the xml files to fix this... hopefully someone will be able to point it out to me who knows where they are, or how to fix this issue.

Changes:
1) GU38 compatable and working... in the appearance window to see your paperdoll is the same as it always was, a small button in the top right changes the window from stats to paperdoll in case you didn't know before.

2) With gm9's permission we now have the bottom bar from profit, seems a few people wanted it, so we have it... if you don't want this feature delete _profitui_bottombar.xml from the vert directory.

3) Click to cure is here... the new buttons are as follows:
- Group window (5 buttons): Clicking the player name is one button, the
4 possible effects are the other 4.
- Raid window (3 buttons): just 3 normal buttons to the right of
people's names, if you can't see them you might need to resize the
raid window.
- Crafting (1 button): the icon for the status effect during crafting can
be clicked to activate a macro.
All the buttons are linked to a text file in the vert\macros directory, currently if you click one it'll say ingame what file to edit to change it.
While this method does cause you to loose your current target, I felt this was acceptable compared to the ease of use setting up the buttons for the user. If you feel diffrently and would prefer the style everyone else uses where you need to edit xml files and hope it works but keep your target, post about it in the forums.

4) Startmenu finally fixed.. yep no more hiding the button then showing it again to have the full menu show up.

5) entire UI revamped... I went through every window in the game and standardized how it looks, all the buttons, scrollbars, frames, and backgrounds look the same instead of a mixmatch it was in the previous versions.

As always if you feel vert is missing something, or something needs a serious change, post about it in the forum link above (or reply to this post if your reading this in the forums already).
