Yep, same problem here after update 38. Logging in to character select screen:

Default UI works fine.
But if I login straight to a character, Fetish is fine, except for the missing part of Inventory window from today's update. And obviously for
that problem I can just rename
eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml and use the default Inventory window just fine for new additions.
