Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot but I have just spent an hour going through different sections to find what I am looking for but can't.
Can someone tell me what this person is using for a skin or a UI, I believe it is the player window up on the top left with the big green and blue bars with the %.
I've included a link so you guys can probably tell me what it's called?
