I like Elegy of Awakening more than Hyran's for sure for the 3rd spot. Only other thing I could think of is Confront Fear or Lend shielding both not so used AA's. Maybe Magnetic Note also not used much but a Macro for that one usually takes care of it (just like Hyran's).
For Inquisitor:
Agree with Small and Large heals. As a third option I like the no rez sickness rez a bit more than reactive's.

1: Heal
2: Single res
3: Lend Shield
