That's a minor bug that is currently unfixable.. However after
Othesus' Changes go live I will take a crack at fixing it.

If you downloaded my previous attachment (skinnable_windowElements.xml) please delete it from your eq2map folder and let the updater grab it again. Although it shouldn't break anything if you don't.
