If you install it correctly you don't need to use the /loadui command. Here are a couple tips. Put the zip file in your Everquest II folder. The way you unzip files depends on what file compression software you use but I right click on the zip file and use WinRAR or 7-Zip and then choose the "Extract Here" option. This extracts the files directly to your Everquest II folder and children folders in the correct places.
