I want my thread in the "Released" forum to be renamed from "Seagoat's Experience Bars" to "Seagoat's UI Mods." Changing the title of the first post in the thread only changes the title for that post; it has no effect on the thread title whatsoever. Apparently only moderators and administrators can change thread titles.
I Googled this, and found that on February 17th of this year, it was reported as a bug in the vBulletin code, and a fix was released. (

Is there any way we can get this patch implemented? Pretty please with sugar on top?
