If .dds files are like that of the target-ring you can change them till your blue in the face and the game still will not use them.
T.King hasn't not much of anything for EQ2. He did make some graphics for a undead type UI but it hasn't been maintained in some time now.
It's sad realy; although I am not a big fan of T.Kings art work, many are and he is well respected in the comunity and a verry good artist.
