Default Actually...
...the browser has been around for a bit now (it's already on the live servers and things like ACT recommend its use). It's good to see that it's getting more attention, though -- hopefully that'll help fix some current griefs with the petition system. Looks like a great set of updates coming out way, though!

One of the ways to bring it up, type "/show_window Inventory.HTML"
