I believe so, yes.
I can't remember how to select a specific tab via OnEvent script (search through Zonx's posts, I think he figured it out a few years ago
), but for actually calling it, you would use another window. Such as using
OnShow="visible=false parent.Achievements.visible=true parent.achievements.TabPane.Selected=1" in a window you add, and then use a socials macro to show that window.
