Hotbar Context Menu
Epeank - this is a change made by SOE.
You have to r-click on the hotbar's spinner. That is, now, the only place where a r-click will bring up the "control menu" for the hotbar.

A lot of my hotbars have the spinner turned off. It is a REAL PAIN trying to r-click where the spinner would be, so I can get that control menu to appear.
And since I normally have icon dragging disabled, it is now a REAL PAIN to remove an icon from a hotbar.
This was not one of SOE's brighter ideas, in my opinion.
