All you need are region filenames, right? Here.

/EverQuest II/locale
ja_jp_dir.dat
ja_jp_dst.dat
ja_jp_eng.dat
ja_jp_extra.dat
ja_jp_src.dat
ja_jp_trans.dat

By the way, are they something useful?
