Simply return to the Default SoE Windows, which are all Mouse-Click Only. The Just-Press-Enter Windows are modded SoE Windows. You can find the XML files in your Custom UI's folder under the UI folder of where EverQuest II was installed.
Just delete the associated XML file(s) and Bam! You're at the Mouse-Click No-Oops windows again.
