1.Open ui builder
2. Go to File>Open
3. Go to your Program Files/Sony/EverQuest II/UI/-CustomorDefaultui-
4. Click on eq2ui.xml and open it
5. From there, there will be many "Pages", click the MainHUD page
6. On the MainHUD page look for "Achiement" page
7. bring achiement page to the top and begin your work
