Windows firewall is disabled, and my when you start aucp, you can see where it say connecting to "ip", then connected, then just sits at "Updating aucp filelist.sml". as for the directory, there are 2 exe files, loader.exe, and AUCP_Uninstall.exe. The other files include aucp.ico, aucp_filelist.xml, shorcut to eXtreme webpage, adn ui.bmp.
