I don't remember exactly ALL of the windows that have changed, but it's enough to be forced to go with default UI until Zonx gets everything updated. I found it much less hassle to just use the stock default UI during beta, rather than try to keep Fetish running right (besides the fact that they kept making changes throughout the testing process).
If you really want to try to make it work, I know the bags and hotbars have both undergone major changes and will not work. chat windows have also changed and may or may not work.
