First things first...
Rename your eq2.ini to something like eq2.ini.old or anything else.
Then, try and log in. IF you can get in then, then you know its a problem with your custom UI (which I'm guessing is EQ2MAP).
IF you cannot get in then, then I doubt EQ2MAP caused the problem. Either way, we really need more details.
Post the contents of your EQ2.ini file for starters, and tell us what all custom UIs (besides EQ2MAP) you are using.
